Since 2022, I have recorded over 250 conversations with people from all across the country. The majority of these conversations were for the One Small Step project, in which two strangers from opposing political views come together for an hour long chat. Other projects include the Covid-19 Archives from the Library of Congress, the Military Voices Initiative, and the Innocence Project. Below, there are some highlighted conversations.

Friends and colleagues Jodi Shapiro (53) and John Tauranac (86) sit down at the New York Transit Museum to discuss John's pioneering work in subway way finding and map design—from his early days writing guidebooks and discovering cartography by accident to his influential role on the 1970s subway map committee that transformed how New Yorkers navigate their transit system.
